TRANSCRIPT

There’s something really wild going on in the open and save boxes. This is the dialogue box that appears when you want to open a document or save a document with a new name. For years we have been able to view this in column view or in list view. In Leopard completely undocumented, mentioned nowhere, you now have icon view. The open box is now a complete finder with all three views including the search box right up there. It’s totally bizarre. You can now double click your way through folders like this and it’s right as though you’re there in the finder, very interesting and cool.

So let’s get an e-mail going to my mom. So now I go back here. I start dragging. Oh no, it’s on a different screen. What do I do? I hit command arrow until I find the outgoing e-mail and then I drop it and I’ve got my attachment right there. Great. Now my mom is gonna get all this spam.
